Developer: Jam Apps LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”)
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Jam Apps LLC handles information across our suite of mobile applications (“Apps”).
We currently offer five (5) apps. Four (4) of these apps collect no personal data, analytics, or tracking information.
One (1) app uses limited analytics and advertising tools to help us understand app usage and improve advertising performance.
2. Apps That Do Not Collect Data
The following apps do not collect, store, or share any user data:
IDK? Decision Maker
Zen World Time
Killer Cookbook
Jelly Scenes for Philips Hue
These apps:
Do not integrate any third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
Do not access the device’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or any personal information.
Do not transmit data to external servers.
Process all purchases securely through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
Once a feature is unlocked, it remains unlocked on that device or Apple account.
3. App That Collects Limited Data
The app Cooking History uses Mixpanel and Meta’s AdKit to help us understand usage patterns and measure ad performance.
Data Collected
Anonymous usage events (e.g., app opens, button taps, feature use).
A random unique identifier generated on first install (not tied to name, email, phone number, or Apple ID).
If tracking permission is granted (via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt), the app may also access the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for ad attribution purposes.
Purpose of Collection
To measure app performance and improve user experience.
To understand which ads lead to installations or subscriptions.
To identify and fix issues in the app.
Retention
Data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above and is aggregated or anonymized whenever possible.
If the app is deleted and reinstalled, we cannot associate the new installation with previous usage data.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through Apple’s App Store.
We do not have access to or store your payment information.
If you subscribe, Apple provides us only with anonymized subscription status (e.g., active/inactive).
5. Legal Basis (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA):
We process app usage data under legitimate interests (to improve app performance).
For advertising attribution via IDFA, we rely on user consent obtained through Apple’s Tracking Transparency framework.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data.
Limited anonymous data may be shared only with:
Mixpanel, Inc. — for analytics
Meta Platforms, Inc. — for ad attribution and campaign performance measurement
Each processor complies with GDPR and maintains its own privacy policies:
7. User Rights
Under GDPR and similar regulations, users have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete their data.
Withdraw consent to tracking at any time through iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
9. Data Security
We use industry-standard security practices, including encryption and secure transmission, to protect all data.
